Driving Directions
Our location is conveniently located just on the North edge of Round Top. We are centrally located to all the activities and mega shopping during the twice annual Round Top Antique Show spanning over 12+ miles of tents, venues and food galore.
Round Top is also busy during the OFF season with concerts and other events. Many businesses are open year-round.

From the North on Highway 290
- Hwy 290
- South on Hwy 237
- 6.9 miles South on Hwy 237 (1/4 mile past Jaster Rd)
- Destination is on the LEFT
- Hotel is directly across the street from the Round Top Elementary School playground.
- Pull into the driveway.
- Rooms 1-5: 1st building near the highway on the RIGHT
- Rooms 6-9: 2nd building away from the highway on the RIGHT
- You may go straight to your room. No check-in desk.
- Use your DOOR ACCESS CODE that was sent to you by TEXT
From the South on Highway 237
- From the ONLY blinking light on Hwy 237 in Round Top
- North on Hwy 237
- 0.6 mile North on Hwy 237 from blinking light.
- Destination is on the RIGHT
- Hotel is directly across the street from the Round Top Elementary School playground

DOOR ACCESS CODE Accessing your room
- Electronic door codes
- You will receive your door code by TEXT message approximately 24-48 hours prior to your scheduled reservation
- It will be a 4 digit code.
- Please respond to TEXT message when received.
- Enter your code, then patiently WAIT for the lock to disengage.
- If you make an ERROR entering your code, please press the LOCK button. Then try the code again.
- After 3 attempts, you will be locked out for 10 minutes.
- If you have trouble, please contact us, We will assist you.
- Contact information above. Pay close attention to contacting us after hours if you need assistance to make sure you reach us.

Cancellation Policy

Once deadlines have passed, reservations become NON-REFUNDABLE.
